Hello and thank you. I have had a 30,000 litre (6600 galls) fibreglass inground for about 4 years. I live in western NSW in Australia. Climate is frosty in winter and up to 110 F in summer and about 17 inches of rain on average. My pool uses the Magnapool system. I'll read up a bit first on the basics but am currently chasing constant low chlorine levels. My chlorinator has deposits which muriatic acid is not shifting but it appears to produce chlorine. I'm waiting on Magnapool test strips to test the magnesium levels as the local pool shop can't test these levels properly. Enough for now, I'll do some research and get back to you. Cheers.

So I looked up this unusual pool system- I don't believe it would be allowed in the US? One thing on the website mentions that if you need chlorine to add Cal-Hypo. Sooooo if you need to add chlorine to this for performance and safety, why buy the system at all??
