Hi all, have taken over maintenance of my parents pool due to ill health since April. I'm having lots of problems with the pool however, and am currently trying to fix the TA level without messing up the pH levels.

How are you testing the TA and what is the pH and TA?
Baking Soda = big TA change, small pH change
Borax = Big pH change, small TA change
Washing Soda = big pH change, big TA change.
