New Jandy Neverlube 3-way leaking out of closed side

I just re-did all of my plumbing (yay!). I haven't finished the heater bypass and the waste connection, but I could start up the pool with those positions closed off.

Started up and no leaks! I came back and noticed some drips from the heater bypass 3-way. Later I noticed a drip from the other 3-way on the connection that is supposed to go to waste. Could I have messed them up during installation? I didn't lube them or anything because... "Neverlube"....

I did take them apart to glue them in place and then reinstalled the tops/diverters when I was done.

Thoughts?

You should use Pool Lube - Further Reading on all O rings including Jandy valves anytime they are reassembled. The NeverLube refers to periodic lubrication through a lube port that other valves need.

I am not sure where exactly your valve is leaking from. A pic showing the spots may help.
