New Intellicenter Screen Frozen

Hello all,
I was hoping to see if anyone has seen this symptom on a new Intellicenter install.
The intellicenter boots up and the License Agreement screen comes on. However, the touch screen is unresponsive and I am unable to click "I Accept". I tried resetting it, checked all wires and nothing looks out of place. Thanks in advance for the help.

Did you do a self install or was it done by a professional? If the former you have a 60 day warranty.

Welcome to TFP.

That sounds like the first use and first click of the touch screen.

It sounds like you have a dead touch screen in the new panel.

Make a warranty claim with Pentair.

Its a self-install.
I figured out the issue. Im smart enough to wire it up, but not smart enough to click thru the License Agreement. Once I scrolled down I was able to move forward. In my defense, its 105 degrees outside! LOL Thanks everyone.
