New Intellibrite Controller issues

Here is yet another thread regarding a problem installing my controller. I had the new Pentair lights installed just before closing the pool last Fall. I ordered the controller and my pool company had their electrician install it. After telling me only one of my two lights was working they informed me that my controller was bad so I ordered a 2nd one. I took a look at the new one before even testing it and noticed the two green lights on either side of the main button were blinking. Here is what the manual says:

Doc,

You did not give us enough info to tell what is what? Do you have 12 volt or 120 volt lights? My guess is that your pool company does not have a clue what they are doing.. While it is possible that both controllers are bad, I really doubt it..

Show us a pic of how they wired the original controller in your system..
