New installed heater is losing some water on the pad.

it is a Hayward HDF400. It is losing some water on the pad. Nothing dramatic (see pictures below) but I wanna make sure that is not an issue and it doesnt get worse. What do you guys thinks?

There should never be water at the equipment pad unless you caused it with opening/cleaning something or outside source like rain. Call the installer.
 
Here is the setup. Everything is finalized except for automation (electricians connected equipment directly to breakers instead of to the relays first and then breakers). The bypass valve says "closed" next to the bypass so heater is not bypasses, see pictures attached.
