New inground pool liner question

We just had a new liner installed on a 16x32 inground pool and at the corners of pool, the liner is bulging, like there is air behind it or it’s too small. It is not flush with the pool. Is this normal? It doesn’t seem right, I’m calling the pool company tomorrow but was hoping to get some advice before I call.

Normal, if it laid tight against the wall you would get wrinkling. It will seat itself with time.
