Hi. Just joined the app. We moved from central Alabama to Pensacola and bought a house with a 30,000 gallon salt water pool. We’ve been very lucky. The liner was old and so we replaced it. Three months later hurricane Sally visited and floated the liner and pulled it completely out of the track. The water that was in the pool gradually left and the wall collapsed. Rebuild the walls and fix cracks everywhere else, then add a new liner. The 3 month old liner was not salvageable. I also went ahead and replaced a DE filter with a sand filter. So now we’re back in operation. I joined this group so hopefully I can stop some of the bleeding from my wallet.
