Is 6 jets pretty average for an 8’ spa? Not trying to do anything fancy or extra.

I’ve read numerous times on here about the SWCG’s and asked my PB about SW today.
His response was: he doesn’t care for saltwater because it ruins the heater core and anything else that has metal.

We added 2 for a total of 8 jets. But we didn't specify WHERE, so we have two walls with three jets each, and two (the spillovers) with just one each. We did get different height jets on one wall, and different height seats.. two deep, two shallower. We have very tall and not so tall folks using the spa. If you get custom in your spa, be SPECIFIC as to where you want those expensive extra jets, including height and spacing. Same with different depth seating.
