Good job...yes robots are awesome! With CYA of 70 target FC is 5 so I would try to get SWCG in th 5-7 range vs 3-4 as you never want to fall below minimum which is 3. It gets hot and humid in Cincinnati area thus you will more than likely need the buffer on FC. CYA and FC are critical! Im sure the experts/technical folks will be along to explain better. Good luck...
 
Stains-do you have any of the coping laying around you can experiment one? I would use muriatic acid 1 to 4 (1 m.a. to 4 water). Wear gloves and use a cloth you can throw away. Try dabbing at a tiny spot and see what happens. Have water ready to rinse it off fast.
