Brand new swimming pool with all Hayward equipment including Omni logic panel. Everything seems to be working great but my brand new laminators are not. Water arc is perfect. I get color about halfway up the arc on two and the third only about a foot up the arc. My installer took the units apart and says everything seems to be fine. He’s called his Hayward representative who hasn’t been much help. The units are brand new and the pool was only turned on last week. Surely, after 20k in Hayward equipment I should have better function as well as service from Hayward than this.

he and I just discussed that and he said he’s afraid it’s a manufacturer issue?? This is a good representation. The third unit is barely lit.
