Hi Michael, First of all, I want to join with everyone else here in saying that I am truly sorry for what you have had to go through, but I completely agree with your approach and applaud your perseverance. People like this should not be allowed to get away with what they tried to here. After reading all of the posts, we were so relieved to hear that things are looking up and you have a new install (despite the recent challenges with the decking). I am sure I'm not alone in saying that we'd all love to see pics of the process (removal of the old, install of the new)!
I can not only sympathize, but actually empathize, with everything you went through, including, but not limited to; the emotional impact (stress, sleepless nights, nausea, your children's heartbreak, etc.) this has had on you and your family, the financial burden, and the blatant lack of ethical and professional responsibility you had to go up against. Again, we applaud and respect you for standing your ground. It's a shame that you had to go through all this.
