New Diamond Brilliance Finish Issues

New pool was plastered with diamond brilliance pacific coast. Plastered on Thursday and filled immediately with water truck. Dust clearing a bit now and I have several spots that have no exposure and left over ceam’. Tips on how to get ride of these areas? Pic of an example attached.

A call into your PB is in order. This is something he can and should take care of. There are a couple of ways they will take care of it. Until they get there you can try brushing it to see if that helps at all. My guess is no but it is worth a try.
 
Pool builder jumped right on it... they did a acid wash on the spots that were messed up and light wash over the whole pool. Looks way better now. We shall see how it looks down the road.
