New Construction Started - Willis, TX (north of Houston)

PB is advising the spa return and spa common return check valves aren't needed since the spa is at pool level. Thoughts?

PB is inquiring whether the spring check valve can be installed prior to (upstream) the regular check valve (they erroneously installed the two in reverse order).
Please re-educate me. What is the reason for the spring check valve?

I have a chlorine tab feeder that was not included on the plan. Due to spacing issues, please advise of all possible installation point options.

9/19 Construction (de-construction/demo) update.

After determining the beam was constructed too high, the mason crew removed all coping, tile and split-face stone and removed the mortar.

After (the red line on the gunite reflects how much must be removed - ~1"):

The gunite company is to start shaving the beam in the next day or two.

If you ever have tabs in the feeder, do not stop the pump or the chlorine gas and liquid in the feeder will migrate out and it will damage everything.

The tab feeder creates a lot of restriction, so that can decrease the total performance.

I would remove it.

Understood. It may never see a chlorine tab. I don't see much of a flow restriction through the orifice.
