The mailbox *clearly* has a story. Go on then.

The PB uses that to put plans and permits in for inspectors. Our neighborhood has very strict inspectors that want stamped plans and full sets, no matter what technical aspect they are looking at.

The first few inspections failed due to “plans not available” and so he put that up so they couldn’t miss it
