Day 19 Saturday (Nov. 19th) Decking completed.
Cleanup done Nov. 23rd.
Final grading planned Nov. 25th.
Next week sprinklers.

Day 43 12/13 Plastered


Day 44 12/14 50/50 Glue for Aquabright


12/17 Rain and Cold came so postponed everything


Day 50 12/20 Redid 50/50 Glue


Day 51 12/21 Correcting some spots that needed fixing

Alternating between pool and hottub is an option, but a little too cold for me right now, LOL.

Yeah, not quite sure what to do with the old pool! I'll find it a good home.

Still have some work to do, flower/shrub bed and sod. But want to wait a little bit on that.

Yes concrete is colored grey, wife does the color decisions and we have a grey brick house.
As far as aquabright, we just lucked into the builder that uses it on majority of their pools. Said they had exclusive rights for it in TX, not sure how true that is. But sales guy sold us on it right away, but then after that I've been happily reading about good review/results on the site from others. As Kim pointed out one thread about it and there is another thread with newer pool built with it in same area. Kevbrim, I think is the poster and I think we had the same PB. Definitely worth looking into.
