Hello, new AG owner of a 30ft round. Not having the best experience so far. Bought a years worth of chemicals that I realized had fancy names for houshold items so I returned the unused for store credit. Then, first time in the pool found a large indention in the pool floor. Company who we bought it from and who installed it said it was settling. A kid will roll an ankle in this hole. Then started noticing a line of soft areas and more indentions forming. Pool company said it is settling. Then found another large indention with 5 V shaped slices in the liner. Brand new pool leaking lots of water and company wants to patch it. Anyone have any advice?

Pools don't settle with dents and holes unless they were prepped improperly.
They obviouly installed it improperly. Stand your ground.
