New above ground pool, buying TF100 test kit, do I need any of the extras?

Do I need the magnetic stirrer, pH meter, borates strips, or standard sampler?

We had our pool installed in October but shut it down for the winter immediately after. It is being reopened this week and I plan to follow the TFP method. For starters my pool/hot tub folks are opening up the pool (it needs a good cleaning as our cover didn’t fit well so it got dirty and plenty of rainwater in it).

You don’t need the accessories but some are nice to have. The magnetic stirrer is fairly nice in particular. If you have trouble with colors, the pH meter can be an alternative.

+1 for the Speed Stir! Makes my testing more accurate and consistent. I didn't order one right away when I started TFP, but finally broke down and bought one after feeling like I wasn't doing a good job "hand swirling". I'll never not have one again!
