When we got the pool 3 years ago, the builder gave us a Water Tech Pool and Spa rechargeable Volt Fx-8li. That first year while the rest of the area around the pool was under construction, that vacuum got put through a lot of abuse because a lot of silt blew in the pool. There is a lot less to clean now. Unfortunately, the motor died earlier today. So I'm looking to replace it. The model I have is not available from Amazon but I do see it elsewhere for $220. http://www.poolsinc.com/water-tech-...aoqjbELLt8kO-lXyDs0ecfnH2lQHjslyQQaAike8P8HAQ

On Amazon, there is the Water Tech Pool Blaster Maz Li CG Pool and Spa cleaner for $226.

But there is also the Water Tech Pool Blaster Max HD Manual Pool Vacuum Cleaner for $200

So here we have 3 vacuums from the same company with a $25 range in pricing. I'm confused. Are they the same? They look different. Anyone have a recommendation? The last threads on these vacuums I found seemed a few years old and it looks like the equipment has changed a little.

I followed the forum blindly when it came to taking care of the pool water and found incredible success. I am prepared to do the same with a battery powered vacuum cleaner...or whatever other vacuum the forum recommends. I will also blindly accept your stock tips.

Hope all the Dads out there are having a good Father's Day. Thanks.
