The pool build was just pushed back about 3 week do to a aerial easement
. I need to obtain a right to encroach from our electrical company TNMP. We debated just shorting the pool by the 5 ft but that kind of threw everything of and don't think will be happy. So decide this morning to just wait. Good thing is it give me more time for planning.
Who just now told you about the aerial easement part?? I would think that would have been covered and thought about by your PB Oh well I think you are doing the right thing in NOT shorting your pool! In the long run you will be much happier!

The PB would be me. This is my first pool build and I just assumed there would be no issueWho just now told you about the aerial easement part?? I would think that would have been covered and thought about by your PB

since we have under ground utilities so the aerial easement is really not use for any reason. At least now I know League City requires a encroachment letter. Learning as I go.
