Need help identifying parts needed for air intake for jets in steps

I recently bought a house with a pool. I suspect it’s old, but not sure the age. The pool has stairs with jets, which work. The issue I have is with the intake control valves in the concrete on each side of the stairs. They are pvc. The outer diameter is 7/8 and inner diameter is 5/8. Obviously the control knobs and possibly othe parts are missing. Can anyone point me to the parts I need?

Have never seen that in an in-ground pool. Looks like something for a portable spa that was adapted for that pool.

The outer diameter is 7/8 and inner diameter is 5/8.

7/8" = 0.875".

1/2" Pipe OD is 0.84".

The tube comes with a rubber cap that has a hole and you turn the cap to align the hole in the cap with the hole in the pipe.

That’s disappointing, I’ll look into some of the other replies.

Thanks for the pointers. It also has a cap on it, which looks like the cap in your pictures. I thought it was just a Mickey Mouse fix as they don’t stay on at all and there isn’t a hole in the side, but may be the original caps. I’ll try and come up with a better solution, but in the short term I’ll get the new caps.
