Need assistance with Betta SE solar skimmer

Used 2 times so far and was great Charged battery by cord, and was fully charged. Turned on and no propeller movement, and a solid red and green light went on? Anyone know what that means? It doesnt have that combo in book. Hate to have to send it for warranty work already if its something fixable! All help appreciated. Mike
