A PH of 7.2 is recommended as per SLAM, with your FC lower then 10 that number should be accurate.
More bleach is good aim for 24 FC and try to hold, once your cloud is gone you should be good to go.

Please remember that your SLAM is not complete until:
1) You pass an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test
2) CC is 0.5ppm or less
3) Water is clear and free of any algae, dead or alive.

The most important part of a SLAM is the maintain part. Be sure to maintain shock level FC until you pass all three criteria to end the SLAM.
