My Hayward SWG T-Cell-15 has no power and burning smell from my AQL-PS4 motherboard - Picture of behind board burn marks

I have a Hayward T-Cell-15 connected to my AQL-PS4 automation system and my controls shows that the SWG won’t power on.

Attached are photos of the back of the motherboard with burn marks.

I had an issue 9 years ago where I put too much salt while the system was on and I had to get someone to resolder a point on the back of the board and it has worked since then.

This season I thought it was weird that I had my SWG at 50% for the last few months and my Salt Level stayed constant and I didn’t really have to add much salt over the last few months, it just stayed at 3000ppm for some reason but it worked and my Chlorine level was good, I guess it wasn’t divine intervention after all :)

I noticed the other day my check system light was on and I checked my chlorinator to see that it was off, and I could smell burning from behind my AQL board, and I tested my water and I couldn’t believe it was at 3300ppm! Which means I must have started the season with it way above the recommended mark, that could be the only explanation.
Chlorinator reads 29.47v, +0.00A 0000PPM

I really hope it’s just a matter of soldering again, can someone please help me diagnose and resolve or is time to throw in the towel and upgrade/replace everything? I hope not

That's not where they usually burn up...what components are in those 2 holes on the other side of the board?
If I’m matching up the right components in the area of the burn mark, it appears to be these same components identified in red in the attached image.

You have marked in red two relays. Relays are used to switch higher current loads.
The solder on the back of the board looks like it has separated from the leg of the component. Hard to see on the picture.

When I run the diagnostic I get +0.03 and -0.03, it was suggested to me that my Aqualogic board might be fine given that and my cell could have died.

mom off to the store to test my cell.
