Leaving it & giving a credit/allowance for the resurfacing is probably the best way- it’s not terribly hideous now & likely won’t affect your selling ability if everything else is in good shape. Less headache for you & no $$ directly out of pocket. Shine the rest up like a diamond & sell.
Don’t forget the natural light for the photos! 🤣🤣
