Multiport valve spewing stream on side need temp hold

I tried epoxy and it would not set up. Applied Jb weld and waiting for that to set up. Any other ideas for a weekend fix? Headed out of town for the weekend.

The Jb weld is where three pin hole sprays were spewing today

Try running on recirculate to see if that bypasses the area.
