"Motor tested and working good" But I will try to find capacitor and replace first.

How did you verify that it was working at 100% performance?
Did you measure any of the metrics?
Just because the motor spins, it does not mean that it is running at 100%.
If the capacitor is weak, the motor will not get to full speed.
Did you measure the voltage and current under load?
Did you measure capacitance, power factor, motor speed etc?

EUREKA!!! changed capacitor and has been working last couple days. Not sure if I had to turn the gas valve on and then off before it stars. is there a lag between when the fan starts and the burners light up?
good deal because, I was going to look for a new gas valve. I will try turning it on for the next couple of days and see if it keeps lighting. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!
