We’ve had our M4 since approximately 2013. Last summer it started a thing where it seemed to work fine in the shallow but once it got deeper it would just shut off and quit moving (power supply remains on).
I have had it at the pool store 2x that we bought it from claiming to be fixed. It still does the same thing.
Any suggestions for what I could try? What is the average life expectancy of one of this?
