33 months old so out of warranty. Found a very similar old thread to my issue:

Basically - turns on them runs for about 30 seconds then stops.

Took it out of the water and turned off power. First noticed the brushes won’t rotate easily. Really have to use force to move them. Pulled cover off and did a full inspection and nothing. Checked leads in white “rotation” cylinder and they looked fine. Leads in unit looked fine. Any ideas?

Also, one side note - there was a sticker on the motor that said “fail”. I’ve attached a photo. 46E8D952-7A44-4C67-9EB1-6116FFAFCD47.jpeg

A little off subject but did u purchase this unit with a credit card 💳? Many have extended warranty protections that extend the warranty an extra year past whatever the manufacturer’s warranty is. My visa signature card does so I always use it for purchases such as this.
May be worth looking into if you don’t find a fix.

I'm not sure if the Nautilus CC is an S200 clone like my Explorer E30, but this article about motor disengagement helped me. Your problem of it running for 30 seconds and then stopping sounds exactly like what I was experiencing.

Maytronics Explorer E30 Dead on Arrival
The nautilus cc is more like an s50/e10 with a couple xtras - longer cord, weekly scheduler, & automation mode but just 1 brush & pump.

Checked this. Unfortunately the card I used doesn’t have an extended warranty plan.
