Matching an eyeball

Hi,

My pool has some sort of specialty eyeball in the floor of the hot tub. I'm including a picture. A few of the retaining rings were cracking, and I wondered if any one knew where I could order more. I can't find them online, but I'm not even sure what to search for.

I suspect that is for a spa make up return.

There are many different “eyeballs” that can be used in a pool/spa, that one is designed to be flush with the floor. I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like a Balboa fitting. Balboa Hydro Jet Eyeball & Retainer Ring White | 10-3808WHT
