Great forum! I thought I knew how to manage my pool
but was missing several steps. Thanks!
Question;
My pool is IG, gunite bottom with fiberglass sides. It has
been painted with epoxy paint which covers all exposed
area. I've been calling my pool vinyl.
Just wondering so I can zero in on my settings.

I don't think they have an "all of the above" option

IMO I'd call it a plaster pool because that's the most strict water chemistry parameters. That way when the day comes that the epoxy paint starts to fail your water will be perfectly fine for both the fiberglass and gunite.

It's called a hybrid pool. There are many threads in the archives if you do a forum search. They may come in handy down the road. Search up 'hybrid pool leak' (etc etc etc).
