M600 red led and robot is grumpy

Hi all, first time pool owner, first time robot owner and first post here!

The robot was new in may 2020, but unopened until august (we emigrated to Greece).

It’s worked flawlessly since then, in fact it’s absolutely brilliant. I haven’t had to get the net or brush out once.

But in the last week it has started a cleaning cycle, run for about two minutes then stops and the red led on the robot (not power supply) comes on.

I’ve done the recommended actions (clean the impeller, check for obstructions etc and that’s all good.

Anyone know where I go from here. Returning the unit is pretty much not an option, as we bought it in England and now live in corfu - there is no Maytronics dealer in corfu…

Have you tried contacting Maytronics directly for any troubleshooting advice?

Did you try the motor disengagement suggestion? It helped me get my robot running again last summer. Don't know why it worked, but I had a happy robot all summer.

Maytronics Explorer E30 Dead on Arrival

I just received my Explorer E30 (S200) today. Worked great for 20 min then stopped. I cleaned and reset it and it worked great for another 20 min. Now it doesn’t work at all. Additionally, two of the four buttons on the power supply don’t work and there is a nick in the impeller. Waited on...

Any resolution to this or do I need to order a new motor? I also noticed my multicolor flashing LED on my M600 has gone out recently.
