My salt strips are measuring 3500 and my SWG is measuring 1500-1600. I tried cleaning it yesterday with no luck. Is that a sure sign that the cell is failing?

Go to the diagnostic screen, note the readings and then press the + button to reverse the polarity.
When the new numbers appear, see what they are.

After reversing the polarity it reads at 100ppm. After that it starts at 2000 and settles at 1500-1600.

@JamesW something weird going on with your laptop or phone. You've replied with the same message multiple times.
You did not provide the readings, so I assumed that you did not understand the instructions, or didn't see them or didn't think they were important.
You have a 3 year warranty from the time the cell was installed.
If it was installed less than 3 years ago, file a warranty claim.
You can take the cell to a local shop that tests cells to have them test the cell and replace it if you have proof that the cell was installed less than 3 years ago.
Otherwise, it looks like you need a new cell.
Based on the pool size, the cell died early.
