Low Flow Filter?

Hi Everyone,

My filter pressure is up around 7-8psi. I noticed the pressure out of the jet is low about 1/2 to 2/3 less.

Is this what happens? I am assuming its backwash time?

Terry,

The number one reason for low flow at the returns is a dirty filter.. Even if that is not the problem, the first troubleshooting step is to backwash or clean the filter.

When you say pressure is up, do you mean above regular psi or your psi is reading 7-8.

Yes that is correct normal pressure is 10 and its sitting around 18.
