It is interesting that there is no thinset stuck to the back of that tile. That raises questions about how the tiles were set. Unless the timer missed buttering that one tile I would expect you have others loose and only being held together by the grout around it. Expect other tiles to pop off as the grout deteriorates.
A dab of thinset on the wall and on the tile should hold it until you eventually retile the area.
