Looking to build DIY Pool

Hello,
Looking to DIY pool approximately 10'-12' in width, slight kidney shape and 21+/- in length with therapy jets along a small shelf.
Depths 3'6" to 6' with basic formed in concrete coping.
Any sub contacts to include architect for permit ready plan set would be greatly appreciated.
