Looking for a in ground spa switch ewith a schematic of operation

Trying to find inground spa switch with schematic to incorporate into
Self made pool and spa equipment controller. Had a jandy 4000 system that died and couldnt find parts. If someone knows where to get jandy old equipment schematics . Looking for new switch or documentation of existing jandy switch. Jandy switch contoller light, boost pump, heat, spa filter pump

A Ji4000 is over 35 years old. Even relay boards are extremely difficult (read as expensive) to come by now. The relays are 24VAC.

I made my controller using the jandy 4000 power relay boards which you can buy repair componets. All mine work. Retired electrical engineer putting some of my skills to work
I have a jandy 4000 switch in the spa phyically. Has about 8 wires some are power to light but dont know the voltage. Jandy couldnt or wouldnt help me with a schematic of the switch. Im open to a new one just looking for one with a schematic. I can make the interface. I wanted to make my controller out of parts that could be repaired. Auto relays.
Toggle switches and a lawn sprinkler controller for the timer and auto operation timing. Pool centers in my area sell float toys and chemicals. There is zero pool expertise so i counting on this

From the relays is high voltage. To the relays is 24VAC. Anything that will supply constant 24VAC to the relay will actuate it. When power is removed, component shuts off. The spa switch was a momentary-contact switch that told the main PCB to actuate a particular relay, or a low-voltage relay for the heater.
