As the title suggests looking for some help in SUNNY/HOT Las Vegas, NV.
Have owned my plaster pool for 26 years now.
Maintained it myself more or less successfully(probably less) for 8 years, got black algae BAD, had pool replastered and hired a pool cleaning service.
That was reasonably successful but had to continually chase the service guys. Just fired the current one for never showing up and have decided to take on maintenance myself.
Hopefully with some assistance here that will be a successful undertaking.
Have ordered the TF-100 with a Ph meter. How long does that typically take to get to Nevada?
Pool has been maintained with tabs all these years.
I strip tested the water 2 days in a row now and also as a standard my normal tap water, as it is extremely hard. I realize the inaccuracies in test strips.
Will post those results and questions in the appropriate forum!
