Here is where I am. Been building my pool for 3 years now. (See the drama @
Blank canvas in Laughlin, NV. )

Getting extremely close to completion, finally!
Have had drama with electricians and desperately need some professional or even semi-professional advice or even a good amateur's advice.
Would really appreciate some input on what breakers we need to complete Pentair load center hook up. Thinking we need 4 gfci breakers. I have another electrician lined up to finish the job, I just want to verify what I need.

Here is what I have to hook up:

1. main pump intellifo variable speed pump (3hp)
2. Spa Pump whisperflo 2hp
3. Feature pump whisperflo 2hp
4. Air supply Silencer 2hp Blower
5. Mastertemp 400 Heater
6. Pool lights
1 - bubbler light globrite color
2 - spa light intellibrite color
3 - pool lights 3x intellibrite color
would like them individual relays to control separately.
7. Main Transformer
8. Power for Receptacles

What items need their own breakers? What can be or should be shared?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

1. main pump intellifo variable speed pump (3hp) Double Pole GFCI Breaker
2. Spa Pump whisperflo 2hp Double Pole GFCI Breaker
3. Feature pump whisperflo 2hp Double Pole GFCI Breaker
4. Air supply Silencer 2hp Blower Is this 120 volt or 240 volt? GFCI breaker
5. Mastertemp 400 Heater Either Single or Double Pole GFCI Breaker depending on how it's wired.
6. Pool lights Lights can be on the same Single Pole GFCI breaker wired to individual relays.
1 - bubbler light globrite color
2 - spa light intellibrite color
3 - pool lights 3x intellibrite color
would like them individual relays to control separately.
7. Main Transformer SWCG Transformer gets wired to the Main Pump Relay so no breaker needed
8. Power for Receptacles Single Pole GFCI Breaker

So, looks like you may not have enough breaker spaces to accommodate everything you need if the blower is 240 volts. You may be able to power the blower and heater from the same breaker, but your electrician needs to check code in your area to make sure it isn't prohibited.

A,

The IntelliFlo should get constant power from its own GFCI breaker.. This same breaker feeds power to the line side of the Pump/Filter relay (Top left, that you have labeled as Main Pump).. The SWCG's transformer is connected to the load side of the pump/filter relay..

20 Amp Double Pole Type QPF2 GFCI Circuit Breaker. Available at Home Depot.

The Pentair circuit breaker is a Siemens QPF style breaker.

The Pentair breaker is shielded to help reduce false trips due to noise created by variable frequency drives.

thanks for the information!
blower is 120v
looks like it's going to be crowded in there

I’m definitely an amateur, and my equipment has not been wired yet as I’m waiting on plumbing pressure issues to be resolved before they can set up the equipment. Then we’ll get the IntelliCenter installed and equipment wired.

It looks like our set ups aren’t too different. Here’s the layout I came up with based on information I’ve gathered through this forum and manuals....

Hopefully this will all work as planned and is allowable (such as the water feature and vacuum booster pump on the same breaker)

Thanks for that, i need to draw out my equipment like this to make it easier on my family to use after I perish from too much pool building exposure.
