I have a 16,000 Gallon in-ground pool with a sand filter and it is about a month that I can not get rid of the thick green algae. In last month I have added 18 pounds of shocks and five pounds of green to claire in the pool, I have not been able to increase the amount of free chlorine in the water. I have near Zero Phosphate in the water, with CYA of 17 and PH of 8.3. I have been vacuuming the pool every three days and backwash and rinse afterward, without any result.
What Should I do to win this challenge?
