Liner Flap

Hello!

My pool liner flaps look like this here and there is that OK? They are lift it up a bit. Do I need to be concerned or anything? The pool is brand new.

Yes that's how they are. They're just annoying because they trap debris, and give a place for algae to hide.

My second year I went and trimmed them all down with sharp scissors. Could be done carefully underwater if you really wanted to.

Hey, I'm contemplating trimming my pool flaps at the bottom inside of the pool because they are so irritating to clean and they collect major dirt. Any issues since cutting them? How much did you leave on after cutting? Thanks
