Hello! New here. I saw an old thread about tan liners. I want to know how they age, not how they look at install.
Anyone have suggestions or feedback on getting a tan liner, please share.
Our pool company is suggesting that we DO NOT get a tan liner because they do not age well, (I'm just tired on blue).
The one we like is Latham brand Gulf Coast Tan Seastone.
Thanks for your help!

Welcome to TFP.

What were you told happens when a tan liner ages?

Hard to say; we had an 8 year old tan liner with no fading, but we also had an auto cover so almost all the UV damage was absorbed by the tan cover... which didn't seem very faded.

We were told when we were choosing the tan cover not to get that because it would get dirty, that was somewhat true, but I think blue would have faded. So pick your poison.
