Just got pool finished, pool builder says not to go from pucks to bleach as the bleach will eat away the limestone, he says it will be pretty much like a saltwater pool.

Would like to go to the bleach instead of pucks for the many reasons I have read on here, but don’t want things to start eating my limestone leuters coping. I am in Central Tx if it matters. Any thoughts is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
Wow -- first Texas pool builders think a SWCG will dissolve your pool and now it is bleach too?!?
Trichlor adds salt too.
And salt has no effect on your limestone any more than any other water. And if it is poor quality limestone, it will have problems regardless.
pH is the biggest threat to stone. Unless you live in Houston/Gulf Coast, there the air is corrosive to nearly everything!
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
