Lights on, new plaster not looking so great

Had the pool renovated recently. Have the lights on for the first time tonight. Can't really see this during the day, but snapped s few pics of the pop-ups. Doesn't look very good.

Plaster was done with a tarp over the pool while drizzling. Not very happy with the job overall

Plaster is a hand applied material that depends on the artistry of the crew that day. Your pics look within normal variation and quality.

I agree with Allen.. it looks pretty normal for a night pic to me also..
