Light on my pool isn't working? Relay clicks as normal but light does not come on. We do not use the light that often and have only had the pool for 5 years. Is it possible that the bulb is burnt out???

I would say yes it's possible it is burnt out. We had to replace one last year and build was 2011. 5 years. We also don't use them much. Actually.....I think it had been out since 2015. It shouldn't be difficult to replace.

I have never replaced a bulb on a pool light. Do you have some guidance? Not sure how to approach it since its underwater. I assume I need to turn the breaker off to the light before attempting to change it?
The first thing I would check is the GFCI that powers the light. This will be either a GFCI Breaker in your EasyTouch, or often they will use a GFCI outlet on the bottom right side to power the light. If you have an GFCI outlet there, try to reset it.
^^^^make those checks as jimrahbe says. But if you DO need to change it......it typically isn't as scary as first imagined. I know this because I've been there. I was clueless. But now I have done it and am confidant in the process..
