Large light stains

Hi my name is Paul I am new to the Form .I had all new and equipment installed to salt and had my pool resurfaced to plaster last year it is 22100 gallons . I am slowly getting large 12 inch stains in the deep in my pool was doing a pool stain control as preventative Feel like it was not working I do not get leaves in my pool I live in Florida I vacuum and brush my pool once a week. Any suggestions on preventing more stains and removing the ones that I have
