LA Pool build

The colors and the bling.............wow it is like it is a different pool depending on the time of day! Nice!

How is the care of the overflow tub going? Are you making sure to brush it every once in a while? Are you getting many leaves/stuff in there at all?

The infinity catch pool is very clean. We have the usual debris as it acts as a large skimmer. We also have a separate filtration system for it which helps. I brush it every 5 days and that seems to work fine. No leaves as everything we have is evergreen. Maintenance free at the moment.

Ahhhhhhhhh separate filtration system just for the catch pool? NICE! so it has it own filter or own everything?

Maintenance free is GOOD says the person that had a BIG wind storm last night so had to scoop leaves, oh so many leaves, out of the pool this morning.

Absolutely STUNNING!!! [emoji119] This is beyond stunning actually ... congratulations on such a beautiful project!

Question - is the grass between your pavers real or faux? I have a few pavers and have tried to grow miniature monkey grass, but there's too much shade over it. I was going to fill with rock, but your photos have me rethinking that. Please forgive if you've mentioned this previously! Thanks -

Thank you for your kind comments. First off Kim. Yes we have 2 filtration systems on 2 separate pumps. You can see them in the equipment photos. A small dual cartridge system for the catch pool and a large 4 cartridge filter for the main pool. Sorry to hear about your leaf problem. :(

AmyJo. Grass between the pavers is faux. We are really happy with the grass. It looks remarkably realistic. It's called. Tiger grass marquee pro. They glued it down in between the pavers. Everywhere else has been nailed down.

Thank you for the info! I thought I might be wrong, seeing the brownish bottom of the "sod!" It looks great. But how did you ever select which one to use??

'Well that would be down to my good lady. She had 4 differing turf variants and she decided to choose the one with a little brown in the weave as it looked the most natural. She also stood on each sample and let her feet do the talking on the softness test. ;)
