Keep losing chlorine in Spa?

OK so after the removal of half the water & some additional testing:


FC - 9 ppm (just added LC only)
PH - 7.0 ppm (should i add some borax?)
CC -12 ppm
CH - 175ppm
TA - 110
CYA - 50

Am i in a good area or should i drain & refill again?

I assume when I am on vacation when I lower the temp to 70 & drop the floating chlorine tab dispensor that the FC should be good but I would expect the CYA should be above 50 after sitting for 10 days?
