4 Gallons later, raised the FC to 5 PPM. What an absolute joke.
Anyone else use this trash? I threw away $20 on this nonsense for 4 boxes. I feel like I should be asking for a refund, but how?!?! lol
Just unloaded 4 gallons of Lowe's Kemtek 10% chlorine.

It is an issue, but that product is only 27 days old. So it will be as close to full strength that you can buy.

At that CYA level and the high UV occurring right now, your numbers are possible but it would seem you should have had a bit higher than 5ppm left. You added 17 ppm of FC.

I have used that Liquid Chlorine several times and it has always been just fine. I doubt there is anything wrong with the chlorine.
I'd be looking at why your pool is eating the chlorine like crazy..
