I just filled our 13000 gallon AG vinyl pool. The test results I got are:
PH:8
Ta: 90
CH: 90
CYA: 0
Help! I’m new at this and where in the world do I start. I am going to put 4# of stabilizer in a sock but should I do more now?

Welcome to the forum!
Chlorine. 5 ppm FC worth -- about 3 quarts of 10%.
Maintain your FC based on 40 ppm CYA (that is how much you are adding) using FC/CYA Levels
You can lower the pH to 7.6 with acid.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
